On 9/13/18 SalesforceIQ customers experienced an interruption in service from ~8:30am to ~10am Pacific. It was caused by our storage service becoming overloaded due to a spike in traffic. Our engineers have made improvements to better distribute the storage load, which will prevent the recurrence of this issue in the future.
