Investigating - Our engineering team is investigating an issue with the SalesforceIQ to Salesforce Cloud migration tool. If you would like to migrate your data in the meantime, we recommend exporting your organization manually through the settings tab. Resolved - Root Cause Analysis: Our internal database management system had several nodes go down due to a memory issue. These nodes are responsible for data for several SalesforceIQ CRM and Inbox features. Our team reset our database management system to bring the nodes back up, fixing the issue. Next steps for our team is to add additional process alerts for our internal system to ensure this does not occur again.
